The Terenzi Agency ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through terenziagency.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the types of coverage you're interested in, your current insurer and renewal month, your contact preferences, and any notes you include.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial account numbers through this website. If we need that information to prepare a quote, we'll collect it directly and securely.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare insurance quotes, and service any policy you choose to purchase through our agency.

How it's protected

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Quote requests are delivered by email to our agency and are not stored in a database on this website. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam; Cloudflare may process limited technical data, such as your IP address, for that purpose.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to provide quotes and insurance services, including with Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan, or when required by law.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, which may collect standard technical data under Google's own privacy policy.
