I started The Terenzi Agency to give Michigan families and business owners something that's getting hard to find: an agent who actually knows them. Before insurance, I worked in financial and mortgage services, so I understand how coverage fits into the bigger picture of protecting your home, your income and your future.

Do you only insure people near Washington Township?
No. Our office is in Washington Township, but we serve clients across all of Michigan. Most of the work happens by phone, text and email, and you're always welcome to stop by.
How fast will I hear back after requesting a quote?
We do our best to get back to you the same business day, and no later than 24 hours during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM). We'll reach out using the contact method you choose.
What should I have ready for a quote?
Your current policy's declarations page is the most helpful thing to have. It lets us compare coverage side by side. Anything sensitive, like driver's license numbers, we'll collect privately when we talk.
Can I save by bundling policies?
Often, yes. Combining coverage like home and auto can unlock discounts and keeps everything in one place. We'll show you the numbers so you can decide.
How do I pay my bill or report a claim?
Pay anytime through the Farm Bureau payment portal, and start a claim online at the Claims Service Center or by calling the claims line at (877) 324-6764. You can always call our office too and we'll help.
Can I meet on a Saturday?
Yes. Saturday meetings are available by appointment. Call or send a quote request and let us know a time that works.
